Notes
- Maximum hours of availability per day: 09:00~21:00
- Minimum hours of availability: Minimum rental hours are 09:00~12:00 for the morning, 12:00~17:00 for the afternoon, and18:00~21:00 for the evening sessions. When determining total rental hours, it is advised that Lessee factor in time for arranging the event space, table setting, rehearsal, etc. during the preparation stage as well as the time needed for returning the venue to its original state during the evacuation period.
- Overtime fee per hour: An overtime fee will be charged for every hour of use beyond normal operating hours for each session of the day (examples: A. morning B. afternoon C. evening D. full day).
- Amenities included in the rental rate for meeting rooms
- One-time seating arrangement service (in the style of theater, classroom, banquet, etc.).
* After the initial service has been rendered, the meeting room’s seating arrangement can be changed by the organizers themselves or by HICO for an additional service fee. - 1 lectern
- 2 wire microphones, 2 wireless microphones
- air conditioning (summer season), heating (winter season), electricity usage fee.
- One-time seating arrangement service (in the style of theater, classroom, banquet, etc.).
- Use of lobby
- Lessees renting conference rooms may have free use of approved space for registration desk or information desk.
- It is not possible to rent only the lobby without renting conference rooms.
- HICO will determine the availability of the lobby based on the duration and size of the Rental.
- Waste disposal: The Lessee is responsible for removing industrial waste (stage, props, and various other structures installed by the Lessee for the purposes of the event) at the Lessee’s own cost and expense.
- Rental Fee Calculation: Basic rental rate × leased area × lease period (VAT excluded).
- Unit Definition: For the 1st floor exhibition hall, one unit refers to half of the hall after being divided into two sections (1,136㎡ each). For the 3rd floor Grand Conference Hall, one unit refers to each section after division into three rooms (300A, 300B, 300C).
- Depending on the nature and scale of the event, the security deposit rate may be adjusted upward to exceed 30%.
